Emirates NBD Group offre ai dipendenti una settimana di ferie volontarie retribuite per partecipare alla Expo 2020 Dubai
Il gruppo UAE NBD è un gruppo bancario leader nella regione MENAT (Medio Oriente, Nord Africa e Turchia), ed è anche il principale partner ufficiale di Expo 2020 Dubai.
Fornisce ai dipendenti una settimana di ferie retribuite e consente loro di fare volontariato in questo momento storico incredibile. L’enorme rete di volontari del gruppo comprende sia cittadini degli Emirati Arabi Uniti che stranieri, appartenenti
a molte nazionalità, che riflettono la diversità di Paesi e gruppi e un’orgogliosa storia di servizio di volontariato. Emirates NBD ha una comprovata esperienza nel volontariato attraverso il suo pluripremiato programma Exchanger.
La scorsa settimana, Emirates NBD ha annunciato la sua visione rivoluzionaria per il futuro del settore bancario globale presso Al Wasl Avenue dove dispone di circa 3.000 metri quadrati di spazio.
Il tema di Expo 2020 Dubai è “Connetti le menti e crea il futuro”. Dal giorno in cui siamo diventati un senior partner ufficiale, abbiamo sperato di connettere le menti dei nostri dipendenti con Expo 2020 Dubai. Ciò è dovuto, al nostro impegno, in questo. La promessa di un evento incredibile e la nostra attenzione interna al volontariato hanno fornito ai nostri dipendenti, un’esperienza straordinaria, sia all’interno che all’esterno dell’ufficio. Ora, i nostri dipendenti creeranno con migliaia di altri volontari .
Storia: Eman Abdulrazzaq, Group Chief Human Resources Officer dell’UAE NBD Group, ha dichiarato: “Sono molto felice di essere in grado di sostenerli in questo compito con una settimana di congedo di volontariato a piena retribuzione”.
“Il programma di volontariato dell’Expo di Dubai 2020 è il più grande di sempre nella storia degli Emirati Arabi Uniti. Riflette la diversità del Paese, con 135 Paesi partecipanti. La nostra vasta rete di volontari comprende persone provenienti da molti Paesi diversi e l’intero gruppo. Ci sono un totale di 85 persone diverse nazionalità. Emirates NBD ha una lunga storia di volontariato attraverso il nostro pluripremiato programma Exchanger.”
Oltre alla vacanza di una settimana per Expo 2020 Dubai, come parte del programma Exchanger, tutti i dipendenti di Emirates NBD riceveranno un giorno di congedo volontario retribuito ogni anno. È stato lanciato nel 2015 e ad oggi il gruppo ha contribuito con più di 145.000 ore di servizio di volontariato.
Attualmente conta quasi 4.300 membri attivi, inclusi dipendenti e le loro famiglie e amici, nonché partner del gruppo.

2018 International Business Festival – An introduction
The International Business Festival is the world’s biggest business festival, connecting investors, influencers and innovators from around the globe. The aim is to give ambitious companies of all sizes access to the space, support and expertise they need to realise their true potential.
Since its inception in 2014, the International Business Festival has welcomed over 30,000 delegates from 100 different countries worldwide and facilitated more than half a billion pounds of additional trade and investment for the UK.
At its core, the Festival is a celebration of business as a force for good. Its programme captures the dynamism and diversity of the global marketplace and champions the positive potential of open trade.
Festival Structure
The International Business Festival’s core programme will take place over nine days, across three weeks between 12-28 June 2018.
Each day of the Festival will explore the opportunities and challenges to business growth across nine high-growth industries which will shape the global economy of the future
Festival content for each day will be specially curated with thought leaders and industry experts so that it is relevant to audiences from each of these sectors.

Festival Features

The Festival’s Futures Stage will present a roster of world-class speakers and industry experts sharing ideas and inspiration.
A Knowledge Hub will allow companies access to the practical workshops, how-to sessions and expert advice they need to realise their potential
An Innovation Zone will allow delegates to interact and experience the latest tech trends in businesses.
There will also be space and opportunities for businesses to grow their networks through business-to-business matching events and at less formal social gatherings.
The International Business Festival will also play host to a series of world-leading third-party expos – including the World Forum for Foreign Direct Investment and the UN / WTO SheTrades conference – with delegates of these events being able to take advantage of the festival programme.

The UK Business Angels Association (UKBAA) will also be supporting next year’s event, bringing more than 50 investors to the Festival each day and hosting a ‘pitch hour’ on the Futures stage.

Il biennio 2016/2017 delle Camere di Commercio Italiane all’Estero-CCIE, è stato un periodo contraddistinto da molti cambiamenti epocali a livello internazionale, a partire dallo scorso Congresso, il 17°, fino a quello di oggi. La condivisione è infatti la parola chiave del 18° Meeting dei Segretari Generali delle CCIE e collaboratori, dal 3 al 5 luglio 2017; si sono ritrovati a Roma i manager delle 78 Camere di Commercio Italiane all’Estero, all’interno di tanti gruppi di lavoro e incontri con i soggetti esterni di riferimento per la rete. Il Meeting è infatti l’annuale incontro che vede riunirsi la dirigenza e i manager delle 78 CCIE.
